As previously posted, costume designer Trish Summerville (from David Fincher’s upcoming take on The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo) has collaborated with H&M to bring a collection of Lisbeth Salander inspired looks to the masses. While the pieces from the capsule are not exact replicas of what Rooney Mara will be wearing in the film, they align with her character’s attitude and sense of goth/grunge style. As anyone could have predicted, there seems to be some hits and misses, with a few cheesy graphic tees and rather non-descript hoodies- but also a couple of standout denim and leather jackets, sleek leather biker pants, cargo-esque skinny jeans, and pairs of distressed boots and sneakers that I would personally rock the hell out of.
